1.The initial minimum quantity is not less than 6 pieces, without any color, model,size, item or amount restrictions.
The international freight forwarder will send the goods to your door in about 3 working days.
All parcels have online tracking numbers to ensure a smooth delivery.

2.Ordering and shipping process:
(1.)International customers should email us the order form which is filled in according to the Example order.
(please do act on this, otherwise the order form can not be processed by the computer system).
We will send you the detailed list after evaluation of the freight.
The order quantity can be increased but not be reduced after the order is priced.
1、 国际客户请按订单范例格式EMAIL下单（请必须按此格式，否则电脑系统无法处理），我们会给你估算运费后回复详细清单。订单计价后可以增补，不可删减。
(2.)Our accounts people will make up the order in the next one or two days(postponement on Sundays) after receipt of the payment or the down payment. Our products are unique in style, which you can hardly find the same on the market. We sell our goods wholesale until we sell them out. There may be times when we can not make up your order, in such circumstances, customers may pay the balance for other styles or ask for a refund to your Alipay account or settle it with us next time. we have a distinct accounting record with the customers. (please do send us a alternative order so that we can execute it when the goods you ask for are not available)
2、 收到款项后财务排单配货，一般明后天发货(周日顺延)。都是少有款式，市面很少雷同，数量有限，批完即止，可能会有配货不齐，余额可改订其它货品、也可退款到Alipay账户、或留下次结算，账目清晰！（务必请提供候补订单，如有缺货即可补上）。
(3.)If you don't accept substitutes of the same style but different color, please indicate that other colors are not accepted.(all the substitute colors are highly marketable )
3、 如有缺货不接受同款其它颜色补上的货号，请需在订单中注明不变色。（配色都是热销主色）。
(4.)Please check the outer packing, quantity and weight of the goods when you receive them. If you have any objection, please raise it immediately. The forwarding agent will be responsible for settling the claim. But the claim will not be entertained when it is overdue. Please settle payment upon receipt of the goods, otherwise all charges thus caused will be on the account of buyers. Other matters such as quality will be settled separately according to the instructions of this pronouncement.
4、 货到请当即检查外包装是否完好，当面清点核重，对此异议请当即提出，货运负责理赔，逾期不候；货款费用须当即支付，否则产生的所有费用由客户承担；质量等其他事宜均按本公告说明另行确认处理。
(5.)We can ship the goods to your customers from home and abroad on your behalf(without our contact information).

(1.)The numbers on the pictures refer to articles numbers instead of prices.

(2.)All the prices do not include freight and any other costs , the freight is for the buyer's account,
Freight eventually according to the actual weight. Payment is calculated at the announcement prices.
Total amount payment and freight in advance is required for foreign customers.
2、 价格均不含其它成本，运费由客户承担，运费最终按照实际重量。货款按下单时的公告价格结算。国外货款及运费需要全额预付。

(4.)If you want advance booking, the balance in your account should be no less than 2000 CNY,
Payment will be deducted from the balance of your account.
6、留货须有1000元余额，货款直接在余额扣，不限量发货、每次发货共加收20元，留好的货不可更改。

4.Shipping cost:

(4.)Customers from Hong Kong can transfer the payment through ATM. Please remember to keep the remittance form after transfer.

(5.)The freight forwarder of Taiwan can pay for the goods on customers' behalf in Mainland China, which is a low-cost waywith no down payment of service charges.
4、台湾货运公司可以替台湾客户在中国大陆付货款，费用低；台湾货到付款无需手续费定金。

6.Quality and replacement:

(1.)Our goods are all for original orders, so the fabric is superior.
The goods will be inspected by professional staff before dispatched.
There is one more sifting than the goods from normal factory.
There won't be any quality problems.
If any faults are found, customers can return the goods to us by express on their own account.
After confirming that the defects are due to quality problems and the goods show no trace of damage, the factory will refund the payment
(there might be some minor defects for the export goods, such as sequin missing, yarn drawn out,bad color,loose thread etc.)
The goods in the picture marked with “low priced goods” may have defects, we are not responsible for their quality.
1、都是原版订单货，面料都很好、发货前都会经过专人检查，比正常工厂订单交货更多一重筛选，不会有质量问题。如有质量问题，客户支付运费快递退回，厂里确认无损坏确属本身质量问题退货款（外贸也可能会有细小瑕疵，如珠片缺、抽纱、印色、脱线针孔等)."低价货"标记的货品，图片实物拍摄，货品可能有瑕疵不包质量。
(2.)The goods are selected by you as your own discretion, we won't accept return or replacement of the goods unless the faults are due to quality problem.

(2).Sizes are within normal size range. Free size styles are generally Size M, which are suitable for the majority of people.
We don't provide detailed sizes for garments wholesale.
2、 尺码在一般的尺寸范围，均码款式一般约中码左右，是适合大多数人穿着的设计，批发不提供衣服的详细尺寸。
(3.)The content labels may not conform to the fabric. All the goods are produced according to supplied materials. Material description is for reference only, which can not be relied on.
3、 衣服的成份标和面料可能未必一致；都是来料生产，质料说明纯粹只供参考，不作任何依据。
(4.)Label sizes are for reference only and should not be taken as the basis for replacement.
The sizes of blouses and dress shown in the pictures refer to bust, and the sizes of skirts refer to waist.
The numbers refer to the maximum stretch sizes.
4、 标示尺寸纯粹只供参考，不作为任何退换的依据。衣服及连衣裙标示的尺寸是胸围，裙子标示的尺寸是腰围，数字是最大拉伸尺寸。
(5.)The underclothes in the pictures are not necessary attached to the clothes, except they are included in the original production order. Ornaments in the pictures are not for sale.

(6.)In rare cases, there may be some minor changes in the details of garments and pictures due to the change of order.

(7.)Most of the garment have the care labels. Hanging tickets may have Japanese, Korean or English version according to the different orders.(basically, there is no simplified Chinese version). All garments are packed individually into the plastic bags.

(1.)We accept processing for all items, the minimum processing quantity per color for recent articles is 50 pieces, for former articles, the minimum processing quantity per color is 100 pieces.
1、 所有货号均可接受订做，近期货号一色码50件起，远期货号一色100件起。
(2.)We also accept processing according to supplied drawings and samples.
The minimum processing quantity per color is 100 pieces.
Customers can fix the sizes.
Delivery date is usually within 5-10 days from the commencement of production.
2、可以来图来样定做，一色100件起做，尺码可自定。交货期一般是开始生产的5-10天。
(3.)Total amount should be paid in advance for processing.
The prices are based on the wholesale prices of the similar goods.
The processing prices are net without discount and freight.
3、订做需预付全额；价格可以参考同类批发价格；订做价格均不含返还优惠及运费。

10.Discounted terms(except for special items):

(1).We allow you a certain percent of discount each month and pass the amount to your credit after statistics next month. This amount can be treated as payment.
